Series Introduction: Nianhua Yixiao·Jasmine Green Tea is made by using baked green tea as the base, adding jasmine "summer flowers", and going through a complex scenting process. After seven scentings and one lifting, the tea leaves fully absorb the jasmine fragrance, resulting in a long-lasting aroma, a fresh, sweet and mellow taste. It has effects such as calming the nerves, relieving depression, and anti-aging.


Tea Characteristics: The jasmine "summer flowers" in July and August each year have the highest content of aromatic oils in the afternoon when the temperature is the highest, around 2-3 o'clock. Only the flowers picked at this time can make high-quality jasmine tea, which forms a perfect match with the tea leaves.


Brewing Method:
- Tea amount: 3 grams of tea (about 1 teaspoon) with 150ml of water, the tea-to-water ratio is 1:50.
- Awakening the tea: Pour a small amount of warm water at 85°C (boiling water left to cool for 3 minutes), gently shake the cup for 5 seconds, then pour off the first tea soup to awaken the tea leaves and remove floating dust.
- Formal brewing:
- Water temperature: 80-85°C (boiling water left to cool until fine bubbles appear).
- Water injection method: Pour water slowly along the wall of the cup, avoiding direct flushing of the tea leaves.
- Steeping time:
- First infusion: 20-30 seconds, then pour out the soup for drinking. At this time, the floral fragrance is strong, and the tea soup is sweet.
- Second infusion: Extend to 40 seconds, the taste gradually becomes stronger.
- Third to fourth infusions: Increase by 10-20 seconds each time, and it can be brewed 3-4 times.
