Special Grade Small-Medium Leaf Congou Black Tea
Ingredients: Special Grade Small-Medium Leaf Congou Black Tea
Specifications: 54g/6g×9 sachets/box
Series Introduction: Zhenghe Congou Black Tea, native to Zhenghe, Fujian, is celebrated as a Fujian black tea with alpine tea characteristics. It is mainly made from Zhenghe Da Bai Cha (Large White Tea) and Xiao Cai Cha (Small Leaf Tea), refined through processes like withering, rolling, fermenting, and drying. The finished tea features plump, evenly robust twigs, a glossy black hue, and visible golden downy buds. Its flavor carries a subtle violet fragrance, richly mellow with lingering depth.
Tea Characteristics: Dry leaves are typically dark brown or black; the brewed liquor is bright red—hence the name "black tea." It tastes mellow yet fresh, with a unique sweetness and rounded texture, sometimes hinting of fruit or honey. It pairs well with milk, sugar, or lemon, making it ideal for milk tea and other blended drinks.
Brewing Method: Use 2–3g of tea per 150ml of water, adjusting for teapot size. Use water boiled then cooled for 1–2 minutes (around 90–95°C), pouring slowly along the teapot edge to avoid disturbing the leaves. Steep for 2–3 minutes initially, then extend slightly for subsequent infusions to maintain consistency.
