Tea Characteristics:The dry tea leaves are naturally neat with visible buds, showing a grayish-green hue and a rich floral aroma. When brewed, the liquor takes on an apricot-yellow color, with a smooth and mellow taste on the palate, accompanied by a strong honey fragrance.

Brewing Method:

Tea amount: 4g
Brewing vessel: Sancai gaiwan (120ml)

1st infusion:
Water temp.: ~95℃. Pour slowly with a thin stream, low to the bowl, to moisten all leaves. Steep 10s, then pour quickly.
Aroma: Pure, mellow with distinct aged notes; subtle woody scent, honey aroma on the lid, and honey-soy milk notes at the bottom.
Taste: Sweet, mellow and smooth; downy aroma infuses the liquor, with a rich texture.

2nd infusion:
~95℃ water. Pour slowly, targeting the bowl wall; pour quickly after steeping.
Aroma: Clear woody notes, elegant floral scents, distinct aged aroma; orchid hints on the lid, lingering honey at the bottom.
Taste: Mellow, refreshing liquor with obvious soy milk essence.

3rd infusion:
~95℃ water. Pour slowly, targeting the bowl wall; pour quickly after steeping.
Aroma: Distinct aged notes, woody hints amid floral scents; clear fruity aroma on the lid, lingering honey finish at the bottom.
Taste: Thick liquor texture, rich in substances, with long-lasting salivation.
