Tea Characteristics: Rich in depth, its flavor combines downy aroma, honey notes, and plum fragrance in the clear, bright liquor. It’s full of downy taste with lingering honey undertones, offering a sweet, fresh, and mellow palate. The aftertaste evolves into a lingering charm, lingering long in the throat.

Brewing Method:

Tea amount: 5g
Brewing vessel: Sancai gaiwan (120ml)

1st infusion:
Water temp.: ~95℃. Pour slowly with a thin stream, low to the bowl, to moisten all leaves. Steep 10s, then pour quickly.
Aroma: Pure, mellow with distinct downy notes and faint floral scents; honey aroma on the lid, and fruit-floral notes at the bottom.
Taste: Sweet, refreshing with fruity undertones in the liquor, and a rich texture.

2nd infusion:
~95℃ water. Pour slowly, targeting the bowl wall; pour quickly after steeping.
Aroma: Fresher, clearer tender notes, elegant honey scent, and distinct fruit-floral aroma; clear orchid hints on the lid, with lingering honey at the bottom.
Taste: Mellow, refreshing liquor with obvious soy milk essence.

3rd infusion:
~95℃ water. Pour slowly, targeting the bowl wall; pour quickly after steeping.
Aroma: Distinct fruit-floral notes, with sweet scent in the downy aroma; clear sweet fruit aroma on the lid, and long-lasting honey finish at the bottom.
Taste: Thick liquor texture, rich in substances, with enduring salivation.
