2018·Grade 1 Shoumei
Ingredients: Grade 1 Shoumei 2018
Specifications: 357g/cake/box
Series Introduction: The raw materials are carefully selected from Grade 1 Shoumei of 2018, sourced from Zhenghe Da Bai (Zhenghe Large White Tea) and Fu'an Da Bai (Fu'an Large White Tea) in Zhenghe's origin. It undergoes 72 hours of extreme withering, natural sun-drying, and 3 years of dry storage before being loosely pressed into shape. Beyond its drinking value, it also boasts collection significance. As time passes, its downy aroma becomes richer, and honey notes deeper, with quality and taste complementing each other perfectly.
Tea Characteristics: Shoumei has an unrestrained appearance—each bud with three or four leaves, connected to branches, and tea stems, showing a rough beauty yet retaining the consistent mildness of white tea. It’s like a raw jade in the world of white tea; only those who savor it carefully can discover the hidden charm beneath its simple exterior. When brewed, it exudes an elegant and rich aroma, with clear and refreshing liquor. A sip reveals a distinct sweetness and a strong penetrating sensation; the mellow liquor with a lingering aftertaste perfectly satisfies the tongue's craving for sweetness and smoothness—that’s the charm of Shoumei.
