Ingredients:2012 Shou Mei
Specifications:50g x 2 boxes/set
Series Introduction: There has long been a folk saying about white tea: "A one-year-old tea, a three-year-old medicine, a seven-year-old treasure"—which best interprets white tea's relationship with time. Its value lies in simplicity and naturalness, while time's precipitation elevates it to a higher realm. White tea stays extremely close to nature; after years of dust accumulation, it rewards with the unadorned essence of nature and the intriguing depth of time. It fades the freshness of new tea, turns time into years, and slowly unfolds on your taste buds.
Tea Characteristics: After years of aging, the chemical components in the tea leaves change, forming a unique aroma and taste. Gongmei white tea has obvious downy buds with plenty of white hairs. The dry tea is emerald green; when brewed, the liquor is orange or deep yellow. The leaves at the bottom are neat, soft, and bright. When held against the light, the main veins appear red. It tastes mellow and refreshing with a pure, fresh aroma, rich jujube scent, distinct aged flavor, and a lingering sweet aftertaste.
Brewing Method: Suitable for brewing methods such as pinch brewing, gaiwan, and teapot brewing. The optimal water temperature is 100°C, and boiling is the best way to brew it. The tea-to-water ratio is 1:30. Pour 100°C hot water, let it stand for 30 seconds, then pour out the liquor.
