Tea Characteristics: Baihao Yinzhen (White Hair Silver Needle) is a treasure among white teas. It gets its name from the plump buds, the white downy hairs covering them, the straight needle-like shape, and the silvery white color of the brewed tea. Baihao Yinzhen has a plump and fat bud shape with obvious downy hairs, and its color is silvery gray, shining brightly. The soup color is apricot yellow, and the taste is mellow with a sweet aftertaste. After brewing, the tea buds slowly fall and sink to the bottom of the cup, standing upright one by one.

Brewing Method: It is suitable for brewing methods such as pinch brewing, gaiwan (lidded bowl), and teapot brewing. The optimal water temperature is 100°C, and boiling is the best way to brew it. The tea-to-water ratio is 1:30. Pour 100°C hot water, let it stand for 34 seconds, then pour out the tea soup.
